This is a small little park that overviews the main Sanctuary Lakes lake. There are 2 slides, a rocker, noughts and crosses, climbing pole, firemans pole, walking bridge, and jungle gym bar.

Waterhaven Boulevard Park, Point Cook. Perfect spot for toddlers and pre schoolers! There are 3 different play areas, the first we came along had a mini toddler slide, mini swing, little car rocker and a small house with lots of moving bits inside. Then we walked through to the back that had a small climbing diamond, spinning stick, nest swing, 2 normal swings, balance bench and a spinning wheel. Finally the last section is more for the pre schoolers with a seesaw, rope and metal climbing areas, firemans pole and slide. There was also plenty of seating and BBQ.
